Join us rain or shine for the first annual Greenway Cycle Challenge, a scenic and family-friendly bike ride! This fun event takes place on the picturesque Genesee Valley Greenway State Park trail and includes several outdoor educational stops along the route. Support future updates to the trail and enjoy this historic corridor.
The 10-mile ride finishes at the Avon Driving Park where you will find local outdoor vendors, equestrian demonstrations, and food vendors. Whether you're a cyclist, hiker, or community member, there will be something exciting for everyone! At the conclusion of the one-way event, you will be responsible for riding back to Scottsville or parking a second car in Avon.

Please note the following recommendations:
- Children riding their own bikes should be at least 8 years old.
- We recommended parking your vehicle at Johnson Park in Scottsville.
- At the conclusion of the one-way event, you will be responsible for riding back to Scottsville (20 miles total) or parking a second car at the finish in Avon.
- Any type of bicycle or pedal-assist bike is welcome on this flat trail.
- This is a self-supported event. Bring spare tires and snacks as needed.

Starting at 10am in small groups based on rider ability. Event ends at 2:00 pm in Avon.
